And in the Overwatch 2 In-game voicelines, you can hear that all the Talon Members (Reaper, Moira, Doomfist, etc). Are just trying to please him. They are the ones that freed him from prison. And are just trying to be on his good side. Completely manipulating him so he does their bad actions. The only person that has compassion to Sigmas situation is Sombra. Sombra is a master manipulator too. She can easily see whats happening with Sigma. So with her interactions with Sigma. Sombra kind of acts like a Big Sister/Motherly Role to Sigma. She doesn't want him to be mistreated. She has his back. But of course staying silent that he (sigma) is being completely used. In Sigmas view, these people rescued him, they are sponsoring his research, and are overall very friendly with him (which is most seen with Moiras and Sigmas interactions where Moiras just being nice because he is so important to their evil organization Talon). When speaking to Overwatch characters, Sigma can't believe that the people that freed him from jail are evil. He won't accept that because of the hospitality that was shown and continue to be shown to him
A good observation is the fact that he's actually quite friendly and kind, and the violent gravity wielding killing weapon designed by Talon is the one with the vicious and insane voice. Like when he says "I will show you a new understanding of the univ-IOLENCE."
Sigma's origin is 100% the best. Fun fact for OW2, he's seem to become even more insane, although Sombra has become his close friend and makes sure that Talon (the evil organization they both work for) isn't taking advantage of him. They have such wholesome voice lines together lol
if i remember right the echo story is that dr liao who helped create the omnics (but didnt expect them to start a war) joined overwatch to help them fight the 'evil' omnics her lifes work was to make a better ai robot thing, that can help the overwatch guys on the field in any situation (by turning into the enemy like her ultimate) the dr gave echo a learning software like orisa so its always growing and getting a personality, but only cassidy knows this bc he became friends with liao since the overwatch team were a bit concerned about echo they made liao keep her in the lab most of the time, so it learnt her mannerisms accent personality etc liao died in an explosion at an overwatch base and the other overwatch officials thought it was unsafe to keep echo around because of how the omnics turned evil, and they dont know how to control her without the dr the government locked echo away and that comes to the reunion cinematic, it was being transported on that train that ashe and her gang happened to try and rob, cassidy rescued and rebooted echo because her adaptive skills would be really useful to the new overwatch (and also because its all he has left of his friend dr liao)

It just keeps singing and singing and it never ever stops. He tried to become the universe, but the universe became him. The black hole looks like the iris of an eye from above and Sigma has harnessed that. So "Gravity is a harness. I have harnessed the harness" means he's harnessed the black hole. It's depicted in the final scene where there is a Sigma with a light black and a dark black hole. You can also hear him say "release me" in reverse when he is shown with Talon as if the good in him is trying to escape. The definitely need to make one-hour animated episodes for each character, there's such a variation of themes for each character that they can touch on a lot of subject matter through their characters to that the show doesn't get stale. You could have more pop-entertainment with Diva but then a dark psychological horror/thriller with Sigma, and it would work, it would just WORK, and it would be profitable while adding to the lore of the game while not needing to inject the lore into the game. Won't happen though, sadly.
I know it wasn't in this video but I love Tracer's origin story to death. She's been through so much trauma with the slipstream accident but she reminds a cheerful, optimistic, kind person. It truly shows that trauma doesn't have to shape a person into a crazy druggie. It can shape some of the greatest people in the world.
Junkerqueen has always been in lore. She's been shown many times, in comics YEARS old; and in Hammond's origin video. She isnt "New," technically. They held out for SO long on making her a playable character. I remember me and my friends and so many other people wanting her to be the next hero; then she never came out until ow2 😭 As for Sigma, he is my absolute FAVOURITE!!! So, right after I saw his origin story, i immediately got to wokr on drawing him and then getting him tattooed on my forearm the following month before he even released in-game i think? I got him for my 18th birthday, August 2019 (origin released July 2019). I forgot to get it touched up, but he still looks amazing. I love him sm!!!
Now I would love you to react to hero interactions they have ingame. It's impossible to catch them all while playing but there are some hilarious and well written ones out there, I especially like most of sigmas. You can see him in Ashe's Origin story, He is the guy that stands on her left side that you can see.. and I think with Echo.. Well I think he knew the creator of Echo, And if I don't remember wrong.. when that explosion happened the Creator's mind and personality kinda got put into Echo.
