no way this is +70, mine is like 60+5 and has almost the same stats. I can see the damage output whenever it solos a base and his base damage is nearly 150k and when strengthened is ~500k. For being double my level, there is no way the stats on mine should be anywhere close to +70
Stat gain falls off HARD at certain points. I dont remember at what level (I believe it was from 90 total level onwards) you only get the equivalent of 1 level every 4 actual level ups, so like every 10 levels you only get 2 and a half levels of actual stats.

It's way better to trade a dupe uber for 50 np. A +1 level to an uber is negligible in terms of stats, and ubers have a 5% chance to drop.
