Follow the following steps and become A BOSS your self.
1: drag the ball between your strong foot and your tight
2: go on handstand / you can use the wall, then go with out.
3: focus on getting the DEAD spot Right for a few seconds.
where you stand totally still.
4: push your other leg backward to find the balance
5: pop the ball and push your self.
