You're right she's irreplaceable! Some singers can sing same high notes as regine or even higher notes but I have not seen anybody as effortless and as clean as Regine when it comes to high notes.

Yup, she is the standard. But the challenge is, what she set is too high for others to reach or even surpass. Not just vocally and mastery of story-telling but in terms of all her achievements. So yes, I agree. No one can replace her.
If the idols today can reach 30+ glorious years in the business and still gain awards, sell concerts, albums, movies and shows then they may be at par with her. Regine is loved by many until now and is still reigning.
