I have both bags and i prefer the older one because it has 4 compartments, 2 on either side of the 3 rackets sitting in the centre. It also has 2 mesh storage inside the bag. Tried out L23 and realised with no separation of compartments makes it very hard to search for small items carried in the bag.
As far as I know, it is not. Bummer, I know. While it can carry your racquets, I see this one as more of a duffel rather than a tennis bag. Tecnifibre has some great options though if you are looking for a bag with durable, thermal lining and materials! I like the Tour Endurance line: www.tennis-warehouse.com/Tecnifibre_Tennis_Bags/catpage-TFBAGS.html Michelle, TW
It's a great bag for travel and I'm sure it will work well for boxing! It definitely doesn't have "TENNIS" written all over it so would be a good option for a low key branded duffel! Michelle, TW
They are marketed for "beginners" but quite frankly, they play AMAZING! I'm a 4.5 player and the L.20 was once of my favorite sticks to demo. It was a little stiff tho, so I ultimately didn't pick it up.
Michelle, I am deeply disappointed by your review. I just bought this bag from TWE, and discovered the racquet compartment can’t even hold two racquets together ( l5 and l3). The add on compartment was so narrow, it not only can’t hold frame bigger than 90(600), thicker than 20, or grip size larger than L2. It’s just too narrow to hold two and it’s too small to cover the frame larger than 94( 95 will be over by a bit, so only frame can sit nicely is the old 90 mid size frame). The whole design really sucks and you also forget to mention that this bag suits Lacoste racquet only. The shape was lifting grip up to make space for shoe compartment, but the tape can’t support heavy frames. I paid international shipping and unwrapped package to find it out. It’s a good bag with easy zippers. But it can’t hold frames. The bottom of the bag should offer more cushion and stiffness to hold shape. If this is an improvement over past one, this is terrible. My 1994 Lacoste tennis bag do better job…..
I am sorry to hear your experience! That is not quite the experience I had on video as you can see...So I just grabbed the bag to check it out again. As with in the video, I have 2 racquets in the "racquet" spot (which are Wilson) and they are 100 square inch frames...Lacoste racquets which are shown in the bag in the video are also 100 square inches. As for the shoe tunnel, it is quite large compared to most -- I have a pair of shoes in there and can easily fit a second pair. I agree, the bag does not have much structure, as shown but I am a bit curious why your racquets and shoes aren't fitting. I can let Lacoste know your feedback. The previous bag had some severe issues with zippers and durability, so I enjoy the update they did here. Have you tried to reach out to our customer service department at TWE? I am sure they would be happy to assist with a return if it isn't working for you and it has not been used but just packed up. Best, Michelle, TW
@@tenniswarehouse Dear Michelle: First of all, thank you for getting back to me. I had take time slowly replaced the racquet holder into bag. This time, I made it right and result is it became even narrower. It can only hold one head graphite pro with L5 grip. There aren’t any space to hold second racquet even it’s loosely placed. I am not saying it’s difficult to access shoe compartment. On contrary, I mean it lift up the grip section on top over shoe bag by tape. This may work for 10oz modern racquet but it’s not possible to hold a 13oz by tape only. It would make more sense if the grip can touch the bottom of the bag for long term storage. Regard the racquet size, small portion of frame will stick out the protection sleeve if bigger than 94”. You can close the bag but it’s not fully protected. The previous model use tape to fix divider. That is ok. This bag not only lift the sleeve from the bottom of the Bag but counting tapes to fix sleeve in air. This is a ridiculous design and it’s missing from review. The zipper is smooth and the texture is silky. It’s a good duffle bag or gym bag but a terrible place for racquet.

Wow What a beautiful bag!
We think so too!
Hey Michelle!
Does this bag come with the inserts that the previous rackpack had? Looks like the main compartment only had that one padded divider.
It does not!

Hi Michelle,
Tell me, is the bag thermo-regulated ? That would be nice for preserving my racquets. Thanks !

Can this be used for other sports like boxing and going on holidays?
