@@evanikkilee excellent question! There are a lot of excellent journaling prompts online if you Google shadow work. Also, a lot of spiritual creators on here and on tiktok delve into some of the topics. I would suggest starting by journaling and confronting some of the things that way - that’s how I started. You can branch out any way you please, as it’s all beneficial. Remember to be kind to yourself during. Take care of your needs and if you need to step back do so. Good luck, it’s tough but worth it.
