This episode is the first and only time I've ever liked Cora. After a lifetime of bad deeds, she finally admitted she did something wrong, took the blame for it, and truly apologize! I feel so bad for Zelena though!
Cora was one of my favorite characters on the show. I know the Underworld arc gets a lot of hate because characters like Auntie Em get killed while characters like Cora get redeemed, all the while, people like Mileh and Neal never get to interact with characters we wanna see them interact with.
Cora abandoned her again. And this time worse. She gave Zelena and Regina both themselves a chance ti get to know each other at the age of 11 and 12 and then seperated them and gave them both memory potion like it was nothing. She broke their hearts and tormented their brains. If she was afraid of what the kingdim might've thought of her, why didn't she give them memory potion to pretend like Zelena's vern there the whole time. You don't just drop a DNA bomb like that and then just push her away weith amnesia. Instead of living in glory for a short/long while, Cora really should've rotted in Hell.

Fiona wasn't that strong tbh Cora definitely could have whipped her. Remember earlier in the seasons Rumple said he and Cora fought for days and ended it in a draw and this was when she was younger and he was full dark one.
I love how Cora The Queen Of Hearts gives her daughters Zelena The Wicked Witch & Regina The Evil Queen their childhood memories of meeting each other when they were kids cuz cora should have let Regina keep her memories of meeting her older sister when she was a kid
I never felt Cora deserved her redemption. She did little to earn it and showed only limited regret for her past actions. This woman gave up Zelena to give HERSELF her best chance and emotionally and physically abused Regina refusing to allow herself the ability to love her own daughter and consistently manipulating her up until her death
It was a good episode - but like with quite a lot of the things in the later series they wrote a new part of the plot in the flashback sequences that wouldn't have worked with the characters as they have been up until now and then just say "oh well let's use a memory potion/spell of forgetting" etc.

I never felt Cora deserved her redemption. She did little to earn it and showed only limited regret for her past actions. This woman gave up Zelena to give HERSELF her best chance and emotionally and physically abused Regina refusing to allow herself the ability to love her own daughter and consistently manipulating her up until her death

Cora finally got her redemption
It was a good episode - but like with quite a lot of the things in the later series they wrote a new part of the plot in the flashback sequences that wouldn't have worked with the characters as they have been up until now and then just say "oh well let's use a memory potion/spell of forgetting" etc.
