I was born at the original Gaston memorial hospital I was raised in chapel grove I moved from there when I was 12 to my current home been there for over 30 years I probably will never leave gastonia
I lived in Gastonia for two years and regretted that decision until the day I left. I will say I made some lifelong friendships there and the local diners are pretty freaking good.
Great video. Beautiful areial view of the city. I plan on relocating from Atlanta to the Charlotte area. I want to live in an affordable area outside of Charlotte. I know houses in the city cost a lot.
Thanks Russell Adams. Appreciate your comments my Friend! Gastonia is a great city to live in and only about 20 minutes from Charlotte. Do not believe you would be disappointed with Gastonia. The houses are way more affordable and you have mountain next door for hiking if you enjoy those kind of activities ( Crowders Mtn). Thanks again my Friend
Gastonia is a Great place to live, I've been here for 55 years, & it has lots of restaurants, shopping centers, theaters, & living here is WAY cheaper than Charlotte, & Charlotte has the largest crime rate in NC, u couldn't Pay me to live over there!
Pretty good video, but there needed to be a little more variety. 2/3 of the video was just downtown. Show Rankin Lake Park, Crowders Mnt. SP, nice neighborhoods, greenway, Schiele Museum, library, FUSE Stadium.

I have separate videos on some of the places you mentioned- but you need a little bit of the main attractions to represent the City and surrounding area. Looks like I may need to do another video.
