This video and the song brings me back to the nostalgia of Summer 2015. Maybe next summer I will find a way there. Me, Daniel Yeow, any other aussies we can find and others... I miss Inzell/Europe soooooooooo much!! Maybe Team USA needs to come to Inzell summer ice 2020??? :P

I have seriously failed to understand how tucking your arms behind your back conserves a speed skater's energy. I inline skate and gosh-darnit this move drains me faster than when I get ma arms a-swingin'!

it's supposed to be relaxed and just sitting there, maybe you're forcing it to be there?

Dire Wolfy I can't put my finger on a solid explanation. Maybe I tend to be tense but overall it feels more natural to move your arms about. Shrug.

Because I think you are skating / steering with your upper body instead of your hips. You only use your arms to help your hips move faster, like with starting and sprinting. It is so relaxing to keep them on your back. But if there is any tension in your shoulders or arms you're not in balance, you are using your upper body and arms to correct this.

@@zshocksoda1128 your upper body probably isn't stable
