i drive down this same street after picking up my daughters. i have to explain to my daughters everytime that those type girls are nasty and have no hope left, and present themselves like their happy, but cleary not based on how they are and much more. its ridiculous

I grew up in this neighborhood east 18th to Highland Hospital. I attended Whittier Elementary rotated into the Catholic School/ church adjacent there nearby this wasn't going on then.
