That's my favourite hangout in the Dolomites...! Roda di Vael above the Karer Pass, and the 548 trail descending down to the pass itself.... The hike in itself is spectacular, great food to be had at both huts up towards the top. Would never ever attempt to ride it on a bike though ;-)

Whoa, this rocks! (No pun intended...) Awesome! Wish I had that kind of control. Any idiot can roll fast downhill on hardpack, but it takes incredible skill and finesse to pick a line like that through a minefield of rocks. Hats off to you!

Cooles Video, coole Skills, schönes Bike. Welche Felgen und Reifen fährst Du hierfür und ist es Absicht das die Gabel so weich eingestellt ist (hilft das beim Hinterrad umsetzen weil sie schneller eintaucht?)
Hoi Joe Bro, ich glaub Johannes hat damals die Felgen von Syntace drauf gehabt. Die Reifen gibt es sicher nicht mehr, das waren Schwalbe Moddy Mary.
Das Video ist jetzt bald 8 Jahre alt, damals waren die Federgabeln nicht auf dem gleichen Level wie jetzt. Man hat damals einen Mittelwert bei der Federgabel eingestellt. Einen Trailmodus wie heute gab es damals nicht. Die Federgabel sollte aber nicht zu viel eintauchen, ist aber auch Geschmacksache.
Kurt Resch Stimmt sorry, da hat ich wohl ein Bier zu viel und nicht drauf geachtet. Danke trotzdem
