You are incredibly blessed to live in Italy. I visited in 1992 for 3 weeks, I went from Milan in the north to Sorrento in the south, and its been in my blood ever since. Adesso sono nonna e mi piacerebbe portare a Capri i miei due nipotini slovacchi per far loro ammirare ed amare le nostre spettacolari isole mediterranee.

Bah! I missed you by one day! I was there the day before, took a roundtrip on the chairlift (maybe you should video that!), ate at one of the restaurants in Piazza Vittoria, walked through the Center. If I return I will stay in Anacapri. While watching this I kept telling my husband 'that's where I ate', 'that's where I bought my hat', 'there's the bank I took money out of'. Just over a month ago....I really miss it. Thanks for sharing. I will re-watch again and again.
Ha! I wear a shirt that says Prowalks. It would have been fun if we ran into each other. Yes, I will be doing a walk of the chairlift and Monte Solaro as well as the walk down to the Piazzetta. I also filmed a walk down the Phoenician Steps down to the Marina Grande. I'm not sure if that will be too interesting but some might like it.
@@ProWalks if you could do the Phoenician Steps I'd be a happy camper. I'd be very interested! But your call. I'll understand if don't put it up. That's another thing I meant to do but didn't. There's always next time! Question: if someone 'recognizes' you while you video can they interrupt to say hello?

Great job! I live in Rome and have always planned to visit Capri. But I wondered what the best period to do this was, to avoid the crowds & compression in these tiny roads.
I have been there in October, December, April and June. I think October was the best.
stay the night, a lot of people evaporate when the last ferry's leave.

Yeah, the next several videos will be of Italy, except for a short walk around the Egyptian Boat Museum next to the Pyramids. I'll be heading back to Egypt again but not until later this year.
