The leads are so beautiful!! The story doesn’t quite hold together but what an amazing emotional ride. And so much grander and polished than many other costume dramas. The ending theme song is so poignant that I don’t skip it. I’m rewatching it again.
For those of whom want to watch Zhao Lusi, Xu Kai, Bai Lu, you may want to skip to episode 17. Don’t worry about unable to follow the plot, cause starting episode 17, it’s a totally different story! Yes, another assumption on how the story goes from the beginning.
I think we will get a good laugh alone on the crazy hairstyles in this series. LOL And a gorgeous leading man that looks like he is more then 22 years old.
10-4 on the leading man who was 17-18 when this filmed. It premiered 2 months before his 19th birthday. And he only looks better with age (he turned 25 in March).

But didn't know he was just 17 back in later 2017 when this was being filmed. A really good actor to be able play a part like this at that age. I didn't look up his age as I thought he was at least 25 filming this and not just 17. Impressive for a 54 episodes/full length about 45 min episodes. I use My Drama List website myself to look up Info. A safe great site for Asian entertainment info.

One of my favorite Chinese dramas! Unpredictable story, super handsome, smartest and the most scheming male lead in a drama is here. I love him and also the FL is one of my favorite actresses. Sadly no much romantic scenes, mostly schemes😊 but really worth watching. I will certainly rewatch this in future.
I watched this drama two times. It's really fantastic amazing drama. The chemistry and plot of this drama in both different stories is very amazing. I don't understand why people don't understand this drama. It's really mind twisted and realistic drama. I like the fox cunning character of main lead Rong Zhi /Song Weiling.
If the female lead was the one with the brains then I might actually be impressed for once. Every Chinese male lead is naturally born with top class IQ anyway so nothing new there.
I really enjoyed this drama. The characters were engaging and played their parts great! Loved the scenery we got to see in their background as well as the music. Every episode was entertaining and lots of surprising on things that happened. It'll keep you entertained and you'll find yourself enjoying this pretty great C drama.

Love SWL in this, but he was blamed by the so-called "novel fans" who felt that he wasn't suitable. I've read the novel and after watching the drama, imo 17-18yo SWL fits the bill totally. No one else could have done it better especially at that age. his aura is unique. Fewer people talked about SWL nowadays probably because he has had no new dramas airing for the past 2 years. Waiting eagerly for his new dramas.

What is the reason Chuyu never kisses Rong Zhi on the mouth throughout this entire series? Romantic passion between the two main characters would have made this series much better. Also, if Chuyu was an assassin - why were their never any scenes of Chuyu taking bad guys out or using kungfu? The best feature in this video series is Lu Hu`s song ( Hatred of Jiang Nan) at the end of every video.

Anybody who thinks SWL can't do passion, watch "Find Yourself," the story of a 22 year old man in love with a 32 year old woman. i promise you'll be jealous of Victoria Song (the FL who does a great job) by the end.
