I was legitimately hoping this stage would get another variation JUST so we could hear this amazing theme more! Definitely underrated, love the rain too!
You need to fight the final boss raiden in the invasion mode you get it until you finish all of the mesas and get to the final mesa to beat the final boss and then unlock it
Anyway’s here are maybe some characters that are useful to beat the final boss ermac with the cameo kano or cameo subzero then you could use shang tsung with tremor or use just omni man and cameo frost

Dark Raiden should have another voice, a change or something, that voice doesn't fit with this version of the character
