I agree with you, I think people just don't like it because they made Victor and Yurio have accents which makes since because they are from Russia and I read that the dub voice actors of Funimation can do accents so that is really amazing when there not even Russian. I love both the sub and dub but I think I like Yuri's and Victor's voice better in dub. And yes I think they did a good job as well in fact I say they did an amazing job on the dub.

I really like how many different styles they put Yurio's hair into. Most of the time in anime it never changes and occasionally they get one variation but Yurio's got like 4 and it helps make things feel more real.
I feel like I'm the only one who actually likes Viktor's voice in the dub. Even though all I can see is APH Russia, I still like it. And Yuuri's is pretty good, too! However, the dub as a whole has quality lower than whale crap (the lowest thing in the world).
