btw he doesn't make as much when the video is under 8 minutes so you should just be glad you didn't have to skip through 3 mins of bs.... most tutorials have a lot of unimportant side information just to make the minimum time frame because this is their source of income. this tutorial was very straight to the point, quick, and truly gold for coming back to.

I’m sorry , I love your other content but this is wrong, this is American Cheese dip. While it might be tasty we cannot insult the culture by labeling it “Mexican Queso” , you gotta use Oaxaca style with some Asadero, queso fresco instead of evap milk. That’s a real queso blanco. Add chorizo and you got a Flameado. No disrespect to your food it looks amazing, but not Mexican.

Quite a few UA-camrs made this "Mexican Queso dip" using White American cheese, stating that this is what some restaurants use.. Why didn't you leave this comment on their pages also.. There are different Regions in All Countries - so different ingredients may be used as what is available.. Your Ingredients are "Authentic" for your Region..
While it might not be “authentic”, I work in a Mexican restaurant (ran by Mexicans) most don’t even speak English, the daughters do and the mom speaks a little but none of the kitchen staff do, and they use white American and pepper jack in their queso dip! 😂
