Most of the gun dealers like this guy misinform people regarding 144 permit. They and some culprits from home department make unaware people fool regarding this and mint lots of money. 144 permit only require when there is ban announced by home department on carrying weapon in conceal weapon and its hardly happen. Your license allow you to carry your weapon in a conceal manner, you don't need any other permit for that. Please read the license Anexes

The last rifle is way shorter than 18invh barrel, i have sig cross 308 which has 16inch barrel,way longer than this m4, it might be 14.5 or less, lot of misinformation here
