I agree, Mr. Heath, that is the best motorhome with overcab! Well, best one I've seen. I love the rear lounge and the garage is of a reasonable size for a rear lounge as you say. The interior is really beautiful. It would certainly do me. I have to work out how to obtain 200K now…
They should make the stairs (to heaven) look less cheap. This could be achieved by simply making them and the wood behind them a light wood colour to match the surrounds rather than white. They wouldn’t stand out like a sore thumb then. I saw another motorhome (Activa One) with the same type of stairs, but they were a light wood colour and looked much classier!
that is very nice indeed. I'd hesitate to take a muddy Labrador into that - if I still had my boy, which I don't, and if I could ever afford such a thing, which I won't. Ah we can dream.
A home on wheels! A Lovely lounge that you could easily spend 8 Hours in. These swivel seat setups just can't compete... imagine trying to relax for the evening in them . 😅
I really like this motor home. That big lounge looks like it drops down to make a bed. Does it? I the the steps up to the other bed is really cool. Are the steps adjustable? Kinda looked like it. Overall, you are right Alan, I can see why you like it!😊
@@VanlifewithAlan thanks so much for actually answering me back. So many UA-camr will give tours of RV’s and when those of us watching comment and ask questions, they never answer back. So I thank you Alan!😊
The only thing that comes close to this in North America is the Leisure Travel Unity RL. This is absolutely brilliant. Maybe someday North America will have good RVs.
This is the best interior I've seen. I do like the rear lounge and over cab bed. This is the way forward. I wonder if they make a large van in this style.
Are you sure Alan. It’s nice but this ain’t the the best over head sleeper I seen you review.👍 remember that 8 sleeper with the bunk beds at the back. Anyway this is nice 👍
That would be probably from Carado - although it could have been another brand. I would definitely prefer this one! The only model for me that comes close is the Robel 4x4 motorhome!
@@VanlifewithAlan that’s the beauty of opinions we all have them. I’m obviously a little biased since I have ALPA but you just seem to get more for your money with the ALPA and having the garage makes it a lot more practical.
@@happymotorhoming What is curious here is that a friend who is also considering the Alpa asked me to film them for him and give my opinion. I shall let him know what you think too!
Why not a simple LIGHTSWITCH? Can you imagine coming in wet, with freezing fingers, having to go through all that button pushing, just to turn on the lights, while the family have to wait outside, because it's too dark to see where to go, inside? Whilst technology can and does, in most cases, make our lives easier, in cases like this it also makes it unnecessarily over complicated and creates inconvenience. What a silly, pointless idea!

Clever design with beautiful build quality, fit and finish.Just need somewhere good to take it for the vacation.

A bed can be made in the back as an option Tiffany but the steps are not adjustable!

I enjoyed watching the Video. The best overcab Motorhome 😀
I’m often not keen on this layout; expensive motorhomes with a bed area that looks like a claustrophobic tent. However, this seems nicely done.
We have the Dethleffs Alpa 6820-2, have seen the 740 in person. The Dethleffs has much better kitchen layout. Feels better built. Bigger garage too.
Always nice to see a different opinion Steve.

Love it!
Really nice one!
But where should i put my scooter?
Rear ramp maybe.
Won't it fit in the garage?
@@VanlifewithAlan nop, its like an old italian vespa. 😅

You prefer this to the Alpa 6820 which seems wider than this and much larger garage.
I do prefer this one to the Alpa - but that is me. The Alpa has the same width if memory serves me correctly.

Does the rear lounge convert to a king bed?
As an option yes!
A680 as per title or A740 as per commentary?
Thanks Peter - I have changed the title now.
Microwave???
Looks like yer an could do with a shampoo and set on the outside . Ay Alan 😂😂😂
Beginning of January so I would not have washed it then! I do the washing when the weather is warm!
