It was wonderful meeting you both at the Beaver when we were in Roxas City at the end of September. Thanks for this video, it's great to see how much this city changed since I was there in 1969 and 70. I passed through and stayed in Saigon on different trips (TDYs) to our bases in S. Vietnam as well as Phnom Penh, from Clark Air Base where I was stationed. I'm anxious to see your video from Phnom Penh to see how that has changed. I still have a lot of souvenirs from Phnom Penh.
I put up one of my old photos on Mike's Facebook page of downtown Saigon in April of 1969. I saw a fair amount of the country from the air, in a Huey, Cobra or OH-6A.
@@MichaelSmittySmithScottsdaleAz we enjoy exploring and seeing what we find, sometimes the journey is better than the destination (and yes sometimes the other way haha)

Sure more advanced. They drive even on sidewalks and hi tech scooters which can fly in sky.

How much better the traffic noise would be in the PH if everyone had a muffler like in VN.
Or electric scooter with zero noise. But thats coming. China already have hundreds of millions of them.
