Dear Matt - thank you so much for this video. You have got a new fan for life ;) Finally I have learned some new stuff in Photoshop (there has been a long while) - I love your technic where you go back and front between panels - to get the look you like. And that TK panel tip was awesome ;) Please continue to tell us all what is inspiring you - because what you we are hearing is YOUR voice that shines through!! Thank you so much!!!
Whats your opinion on the Rokinon/Samyang 14mm f2.8 for the Sony A7 III?looking to order one from B&H in the next couple of days for astrophotography...
I agree with both of Gabe’s recommendations! Just keep an eye on the 24mm Samyang/Rokinon. They can come unbalanced so one side of the image is out of focus and the other side in focus. I had to return my first lens for a replacement.
Great, thank you. But do you absolutely have to have that electronic music running in the background - it made me give up on an otherwise very informative video?

It is an honour! Thanks
Awesome video Matt! Sorry I watched it so late!
Great Video man. I just shared it for you and subscribed. You're correct this is the basics and very well done.
Another great video. Keep them coming!
Nice! That was worthy of showing off, well deserved. Congrats Matt.
Thanks Steve!
Great channel Matt! Love seeing someone from RASC doing astrophotography outreach.
Thank you ! Great video!

What was your exif prior to editing JUST CURIOUS.
Do you do darkframe subtraction for long exposures?
I don’t. Just the single shot alone.
please recommend a lens for shooting Milky Way. I'm using sony A7iii.
you could try the Samyang 24mm f/1.4, the Samyang 20mm f/1.8, just about any wide angle fast aperture Sigma Art series lens

Hey, thanks for the feedback. It’s a good point. I can upload a non-music one when I get a moment and I’ll let you know. Thanks!
