Ok. You will need work experience to get into a Leadership role, which may happen over a period of few years. Business Analysis is about understanding the business domain, process and analyzing requirements, coming up with solutions to business problems, testing etc. It is very much in demand these days.

Hi Vinodkumar, SAP HANA is a huge platform. One way is look at it as an end user and learn it for the purpose of using it. But the bigger part is learning from functional or technical perspective. Once you start you would know if it is anyway connected with your past experience. You should learn it step by step and try to see what kind of role would you fit in.
