We should be mentally prepared for the negative outcome of the event. Also we should plan for alternate option if the outcome is negative. If you are not prepared for the negative outcome, disappointment may lead to depression and to suicude in extreme cases. When our venture fails many people are not ready to accept the situation and think positively. Hence condtioning the mind well in advance is required.
How would one deal with disappointments from loved ones and still love them? It's very hard to keep the expectations low. Any suggestions would help. Thanks 🙏
