Surviving might be a stretch. Let's start with equipping as many gruadsman as we can with one frage grande and a suitable melee weapon. Wait for the chaos astartes to break the killzones. Then counter charge with your waves of guardsmen. Mine your entire back lines so you know you can't run. And spread out wide. So when ever a guardsmen is cut down the frag will take the killer with him. 5 guardsmen to one chaos astartes. The goal isn't to survive. It's to kill them so these individuals can never attack anyone ever again.
