Legends Golf & Country Club is one of Fort Myers finest gated communities featuring lush landscaping, natural beauty, and tranquility all around. Amenities at Legends include an 18 hole championship golf course, 7 lighted har tru tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, 4 bocce courts, a beautiful central resort pool as well as many smaller community pools, a modern fitness center with many indoor and outdoor classes, and various social events for residents and their guests. There’s also various dining options including the cafe, the pub, and the very popular Sunset Grill overlooking the pool and golf course.
Homes at Legends are deeded with either a golf membership or social membership, so be sure to know what’s included when you look at your options because it can’t be changed. A golf membership is more expensive than a social membership and while you can still golf with just a social membership, you don’t have priority and are unlikely to get a tee time during the peak season.
Legends has a mix of single family homes, attached villas (aka a duplex), and mid-rise condominiums. Prices start around the mid one hundreds for a smaller condo and go to over four hundred thousand dollars for a single family home.
