You should play the cowboys season week by week during the regular season as a series. Release the video a few days before the actual cowboys game. It can be your "preview" of that weeks game and results.

You control the team and play thier schedule, playoffs, pro bowl, and super bowl if you make it. You can set your lineups, make trades, and do the offseason. Would be extremely fun to watch you two play it.
