When in season I chop up onion, peppers, mushrooms and carrots, tomatoes and freeze together in bags. Helps when preparing such meals.

I truly love your recipes, have made quite a few, but, please, can you please do your prep off camera. Anyone who can't crack eggs, chop onions, peppers,, mushrooms, shred carrots or parsley shouldn't be watching.
Hint, use a serated knife chopping tomatoes.
