Liliana is solid, I only put her as A tier because of the high CMC and the standard format is a bit faster pace since Duskmourn came out. Though, if you put Liliana, Dreadhorde General in a Golgari deck using Innkeeper's Talent and Doubling Season with some ramp... now that would be insane. Thanks for watching!
