Solution to mouse cursor stuck on screen is Restart Windows Explorer in Task Manager. doesnt require restart or anything and works every time.

when your mouse gets stuck in the middle just minimize, unplug your mouse and plug it back in usually it goes away if it doesnt do it with ur game open and it will fix it
