It's basically a bunch of sayings and double entendres melted into a song.
"Man steckt nicht drin" (you don't stick inside) e.g. actually means something like "you don't have influence on a craetain thing" or "you don't see things through someone else's eyes"

First went into this song like "Oh cool, another existential crisis one" and NOPE just Till screaming about how he likes it raw.
Agreed! This song is excellent and it is the first time the percussion (drums) was mentioned. To clarify: I love the guitar work, Flake's synthesiser virtuosity and, of course, Till's vocals BUT the one member of this gang of musical loonies who never fails to impress me is the guy on drums. Even facing the danger of giving my age away, I state it clearly: he's the best since Gene Krupa!
In German language OK is the abriviation of "ohne Kondom" "without condom"

If you want lesser known songs, then maybe try Das Modell, Kokain or Wo bist du. Perhaps there are even lesser known songs out there, but these are my faves :D

Music-wise it's a banger, isn't it? In a way the German lyrics sound even more explicit than the translation. But the real fun thing about it is that all lines - except the chorus - are German proverbs or common expressions without any sexual reference that were screwed up by unusual tiny changes or sometimes just by putting them in this context.
The line "wird belohnt mit stetem Tropfen" (is rewarded with a steady drop) might be a downside of not using a condom as it sounds like a symptom of a sexually transmitted disease. So I wouldn't understand the song as a call for unprotected sex (as Zick Zack is not a recommendation of aesthetic surgery).
Educatedmarine had a hard time translating this song, and it shows. But still, the translation is pretty much on point.

So much gets lost in translstion here, as always Till is a master wordssmith, words have double meaning and sentences are leaven 2 to 5 different interpertations open
Just the first sentence

That can mean:
i would like to be in your skin
I would like to be you
I would like to penetrate your skin (no details on the how and wher....)
Normally you use this in the negative , saying i do NOT want to be you/in your skin, but here it is used in the positive and makes it unusual.
Then you have to take the sentence in context wit the rest of the song and music and every word and sentence does the same, multiple meanings, hints to different subtects and kreative plays on expectations, cultural norms etc.
The song might give an impression of plump simplicity, but it is such a lyrical treasure trove, and so very skillfully constructed.
And ofcause it provokes, and hopefully makes you think.

Well I don't think they're advocating for either wearing or not wearing a condom. I think they're just observing that for some people sex feels better without - that's all.

So many sayings and double entendres mashed into a song it' s impossible to translate. Not speaking german you would need a paragraph of explanations for each line of the song.
