I agree, ITF should eliminate heavy contact rule. Taekwondo is a combat sport and this doesn't allow the competitors to show their full potential.
@@Itf.elite.sparring or at least save it for very non-technical, brawle-like punches, but not give it for technical but powerfull pnes

In round 3 that was not a head kick and even Ireland knew it. Not good judging at such a high level.
