This comment is something we thought we solved months ago haha but you must be new! I’m guessing you’re watching on a mobile device. We make a custom thumbnail for every video. What we found out is that since the videos are posted horizontally, the thumbnail doesn’t show up when watching on your phone sometimes but if you watch on a tv you will always see our custom thumbnail. Hope this helps and thank you for watching!
@@TroyPeiffer I would suggest to not look at the scores if this problem is happening for you. It seems 99% of people who also have this issue don’t worry about it anymore 👍🏼 We’ve tried to fix it multiple times before
@@TroyPeifferthere is literally nothing they can do. They’ve tried to fix it and it doesn’t work. UA-cam is just selecting a random point within the video to show because their custom thumbnail isn’t working.
