Just wanted to say thank you. Just rebuilt one side of our intensifier. Will tackle the other side as soon as it sprays water, or as soon as this cutting job is done and we have time.

well starting next week I have to rebuild one on a flow mach 3, never done it, but these vids will be my best friend :)

We found that the rebuilds lasted longer if done by Flow even when using parts supplied by them. Some of the components had wear that we could not measure I guess?? Still have a spare 55/60k intensifier laying around for sale now that we've upgraded machines. Good video.

Thanks Bro. Flow is trying to charge us a literal fortune for 2 years of intensifier maintenance, this is a much better option.

Send your employees to flow to get trained and then you guys can maintain it yourself. My company did it when we fix issues ourselves now ive been running a Flow watejet for 13yrs
