Hi. That's great to hear. Congrats. I've been trying to meditate for about 8 months now but I can't stay comfortable because of bodily pain and my mind is a bit ADHD I think. Millions of thoughts coming into it . Can I ask how you were successful at meditating please? Tell me as much as you like. How long it took you to get good at it. Was it a struggle? Can you now do it with no music or water sounds? Is it OK to lay down on a bed with hands in lotus pose or is sitting uptight much more powerful....etc etc? Thanks. I've managed to go off in some amazing journeys through time and space before , incredible experiences. ... but that was only with the use of the drug ketamine . And it's not turn same results as meditating sober I suspect. I'd love to be able to meditate every day and make contact with higher beings /power , but I'm so not good at staying focused. Lousy will power 😕

being patient, trusting the process, download insight timer has helped me ALOT shows how to mediate, I’ve been using it for over a month 2 months has helped me a lot to understand mediation and understanding that your mind is going to chatter all it is, is refocusing on your breathe or whatever it is that you like. I liked to mediate laying down sometimes or mediate sitting in my bed where I’m comfortable or in a chair outside. Mediation is however you feel comfortable doing

it’s been like this for months and nothing gets better, everything still results in me pushing family and friends away, feeling so sick and ill every day, worrying what other people are going to say and i wish i could say i’m getting better but i’m not and i just don’t know what to do anymore, i’m really sorry if this has made anyone feel worse but the only way i can get it out is to strangers on youtube comments because i’ve argued with everyone i know today and now everyone hates me, thinks i’m a selfish idiot and won’t talk to me so yay👍😓

I've been doing this for a month... I usually put on some headphones and listening to this in bed at night before I go to sleep.. I have notice I seem to be less stress and more peaceful since doing this.
Me too! Driving around and other drivers cutting me off and flying around me doesn't stress me out nearly as much as before. :)

Starting my 2023 off right! 2022 was an extremely difficult year for me. I spent all of New Year's Eve reflecting on it & planning for how I want 2023 to be better. I got up this morning & started putting my plans into action. I cleaned my space & put this music on right before I smudged my space. I'm taking some deep breaths & feeling better already! Right on time. My mother told at the table today that she didn't want me to come to Thanksgiving with the family when she called and asked me to come. This is what we hear when we die, what we feel as our souls leave our mortal bodies, we travel through the clouds on hearing the voices we know of our loved ones calling, they beckon us and the closer we are to our final breath the louder the voices become. Then there we are! Sheer joy, the smell of every flower ever bloomed. The voices on earth now grew silent, that light gone as a new light carried me to a higher plane that no one knows of until we die. No more fears or worries, bliss takes its place. We are young again...reborn a new way... Amen

Hermano mio, Te puedo recomendar que hagas meditacion, te quitara la ansiedad,te lo aseguro, yo sufri de trastorno de ansiedad y despues de 3 semanas de meditacion diaria se fue completamente, y gracias a eso tuve un despertar de conciencia, te recomiendo mucho la meditacion, y animo, no te rindas, una caida no es mas que un gran aprendisaje, la vida es una escuela de almas, no estamos aqui para otra cosa, solo para aprender, Animo. I'm struggling with life's problems, the usual, financial, legal, addictions, family... you know, all the struggles that everyone is having. But I thank God and Jesus every day for what I do have, and I am trying to be positive. My grand mother is ill . She is in pain . I am in the hospital. It’s really heartbreaking to see your most loved one in such pain and discomfort. I just hope she gets well soon . I am just trying to relax myself by listening to this . A long way ahead in the morning, not sure what is in store for me , for her or for our family . But I will keep moving and won’t loose hope on her . Hope everyone stays safe

However cliché these sayings may be they really are true ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ and ‘there is light at the end of the tunnel’ and let me tell you something, the end of the tunnel may be a lot closer than you think. I have been going through the most heart ache this morning that i just could'nt get myself together.
