what is the point of building dum dum cantonment metro interchange with suburban station - I do not see any purpose in that - people coming from airport going maybe to barrackpore/kalyani won't get down in dum dum cantonment to catch a local, they will prefer to go to noapara and catch another metro from there to dumdum station.
Barasat- Bangaon- Hasnabad route people will largely use Dum Dum Cantonment station for Metro services to Blue Line and Dum Dum Cantonment alone will give good ridership.
