Duke is fantastic!!!! but the perfect interaction with rhythm guitar and bass is also very impressing! so much groove...... I cannot stop hearing this again and again.
I got to see Duke with Roomful of Blues a few times in Boston… dang that was 50 years ago!!! He was playing a Gibson ES 330 back then. He was tremendous back then already. 😊❤️👍

Definitely not Per Hanson. That’s young Jeff McAllister on drums. Does somewhat resemble Per here though. 🥁 The great Marty Ballou on bass, and Murali Coryell on rhythm guitar.
He would have been more famous had he looked like a sexy rock star rather than a favorite uncle who enjoys bowling. Brittany Spears would be unknown had she looked like Susan Boyle.
