Those bottles are crazy light. The first one I got I thought for sure I had been ripped off because I bought a tester and the stopper didn't come off (it sprayed anyway), but was certain they had short changed me the juice. Had to see this one because I love black pepper.
Normally new Montale full bottles weight around 125gram. I don't know how much the bottles weight when empty. This is very important if you buying/selling a partial of Montale.
What you had, sir, was a tester. The Montale testers have the stopper built in to the atomizer * * big caveat The bottle design differs depending on whether it's from Montale Paris or Montale International. This is a topic for another video.
