Got operated for intramedullary astrocytoma( pilocytic astrocytoma grade 1) four years back.. Repeated CE MRI shows lesion measuring 20*9*11 mm. Dr couldn't extract the whole tumour as it would have been potentially dangerous.. No other treatment advised. What do u suggest?

Sir, my mother suffering from metastatic Gall bladder cancer. Cancer has already spread from GB to liver, some parts of omentum. Doctor prescribed only for Chemotherapy 6 cycle. Till date my mother has taken 2 chemo but after chemo she is suffering from extream weakness, pain and swelling in legs, platelet falls below 1 l. So doctor hold 2 chemos per cycle. Is there is any another way of treatment that she can live much better?

Smoker,by CT scan thorax --- right side of lung affected by the decease, and very small some noodles were shown in left lung. No affected any other organ.
Is it 4 stage?
After 30/31 immunotherapy, medicine now stop,and after 3 times of CT scan, tumour shown STABLE.
Is it possible that the tumour should be vanished?

Tghis small a polyp can not be differentiated from cancer. Pease talk to your surgeon regarding how to proceed.

Sir my mother is a Stage 4B Cervix Cancer patient. She has undergone numerous chemo sessions and now she is undergoing Keytruda sessions and has complete 6 of 17 sessions. She is 76 years old and admitted to hospital for 7 days now because she developed wheezing and was not eating food and had fever. Now she doesnt have fever or wheezing and having food however she will have a bronchoscopy tomorrow.
She is being treated by the best doctors however i want to know why a bronchoscopy is advised for my knowledge and what does the specialist mean when he says that both the x ray and CT are abnormal so he doesnt want to take chances.
Please if you can make me understand in layman terms. Appreciate your help and guidance.
Can’t really say without seeing the patient and all the details. The doctor must have seen something that can be corrected by bronchoscopy. Generally we try to minimize interventions in advanced cancers
