The malignance damage just clears roa. Roa is a lot more safe if you have bad positioning and macro. Roa is probably go to in high elo because games are much slower but even then malignance scales better imo

I saw some high elo kassa build fimbulwinter instead of roa xd, I don't think any kassa players prefer roa at all
