Guy's like Osprey, White, Okada, Tanahashi, and so many more are good enough reason alone to buy New Japan World. Easily some of the best wrestling content to date.
Also the crowds, none of that sometimes obnoxious chanting, they respect the wrestlers and the match and get so heavily invested in it. I love it.
The booking is getting repetitive now, okada wins the g1 again... like wtf man, guys like ZSJ and Sanada will never become world heavyweight champion.
it breaks my heart to watch shingo crawling to the ring after 450 through the table, no one from his faction appear he's just slap and wake himself up. even ibushi felt that and gave his support on him.
idk if i ever gonna saw such a performance from the dragon on it's peak again, because this njp cup is the most dedicated thing from shingo takagi that i can think of.

NJPW need more another belt if they unified IC and HC, rivalry between Shingo and Osreay will be continued in the future for sure. Osreay deserve to win this year cup. Great match, instant classic.

@@Highwhyman19 Agreed. Osreay won the cup does not mean he will be champion. I think he'll lose to Ibushi. Then Takagi should be #1 contender. We have some clues about this since Takagi have concern about title before and during the match with Osreay, which maybe caused him the match.
@@bascouc.8759 well takagi is actually win againts ibushi on g1, he's actually hold the right to challenge ibushi to this day if he wants to. but naito and sanada takes his turns to challenge ibushi. so yeah time is passes by so i think shingo just let this one slip or wait for ibushi to be the one who's made the call but nope.. so he's determined himself to start over by winning the cup but then.. uuum you know how this played out lol.

It's about damn time. Ospreay deserved this win and to challenge for the unified championship. He is so talented it's a shame he was stuck in the Jr. division too long. As much as I'm a massive Ibushi fan, I do want to see Ospreay win a heavyweight championship in New Japan.

But his match with Ospreay at njcup 2021 imo reversed the role by Ospreay being the heel and ZSJ being the face (for a while), and I wanted ZSJ to win, but I think with the broken nose and all Ospreay defeating him and then winning the njcup solidified him as one of the best OVERALL heel right now. Give him some time, his mic works gonna improve very soon. But when it comes to in ring work and personality Ospreay's on an amazing level. He doesn't even do as much High flying moves right now, so people can't take the piss by saying that all he does is flippy floppy shit, imo Ospreay's in the best shape of his career right now, dude's in his prime.

It was the right move to let Will win. The United Empire had a terrible start. They all lost at Wrestle Kingdom, Kahn failed to capture the Never title, and Jeff lost early. This win helps them get momentum and come across as a legit group to be taken seriously. While I was cheering for Shingo to win I don't think this loss hurts him seeing as how he already had a spectacular run in the cup going through Okada, Goto, Kenta and Evil. If anything, I say the cup only increased his stock even more.
all distractions have to be cast away, sacrifices need to be made, heavy are the hands that lift the cup, long live king ospreay.

I think it's the ibushi era for now and osprey will become one of his biggest rivals but he still has to develop his faction to better sell it to the fans, but as a heel he's terrifying poor bea .

One reason I almost exclusively watch NJPW is because other companies like TNA and AEW copy the worst aspects of WWE in a way that makes me not want to watch the show anymore.
