- The running community is an incredible space; this video shows how powerful it can be. Oska and Andy help fellow Christchurch runner break sub 20 minutes in the 5k at the Hagley Parkrun. The boys used that as a bit of a warmup before heading into their final workout of the block.
3,4,5,5,4,3, minutes with 90 seconds jog rest, just running to feel and rhythm.
