I deposited $50 just so I’d have a backup card. I did the checking account. Like a month later I made a $45 purchase and they gave the money right back, there was no gimmick. I doubt I’ll get lucky again but I have no beef.. been great so fer

they also give you a routing and account number on ur credit karma app (once you make an account) from there, ur employer would be the ultimate decision maker
So if I make a payment of a 1000$ or less or more will I get a reimbursement from the card or how does the card work or how do reimbursements work with the card cuz In the app it doesn’t say anything anybody know exactly how the card works because I’m still confused and have no clue still

It mostly likely will not help improve credit score because this is a debit card and not a credit card. Debit card purchases are not reported to the credit bureaus.
I used to love Credit Karma. Last year I went to Hawaii, the atm machine timed out but it withdrew the amount. Credit Karma did not release my funds for 6 days (my vacation was limited)! I had to repay the amount for my services (a rental car for 5 days) and wait for my refund. Last Friday (10/02/2022) Credit Karma declined $316.00 because it was over my daily limit, but the amount is still pending in my account and I am unable to use it. It is now 10/05/2022 and still waiting. I am fuming and have had enough! I call Credit Karma and all they say is that they can't do anything but wait to dispute it. Wait to dispute it?! What's the point of disputing 1 week after?! I'm beyond frustrated and will continue to let others know about my experience.

They told me that if I would activate their debit card and jump through some hoops that I would get my money. I think it’s all about delaying payment as long as possible so they can collect interest on people for money. Finally I talked to a supervisor and he did help me to be sent a check for my refund. I think it is very interesting that two times, on the same day, when I typed in a six digit number at their request, the number ended with 666. What are the statistical probabilities of that happening? Plus I’ve never seen any business or bank ask for verification numbers that had 666 in them. I’m so sorry I never had anything to do with credit karma.
