Didn't you guys only go to Costa Rica as snowbird tourists? Are you switching to residents? How do people stay there in the humid weather, especially in the summer if it's like a sauna?
Yes. We travel to C.R. as tourists, for the North American winter, to escape the cold here. It is very hot there indeed. The Guanacaste Region is the driest in the country. Costa Rica is a country with many microclimates. Up in elevation, cooler it is. Lots of choices. To be honest, I couldn't imagine doing physical labour there. But then, we're retired. Thanks for watching.
@@dovygoodguy1296 No it is not. It's by the sea. It's probably the driest. But very hot. If you want to escape heat, then head to the mountains. If heat and humidity are a concern, then maybe C.R. is not for you.
