What a great video! It's so true that not having an MLS means you need a licensed professional broker that can find the best properties! Thanks Monyka for the great video. Keep it up!
Absolutely right! Not everyone is ready to buy right away, and that's completely ok. That's exactly why we create these videos - to help educate and share as much helpful info as possible. Really appreciate your thoughtful comment! 🌟
To expand on your question, typically for a resale property, the closing process is between 2-3 months. This is once a property has been selected and the offer is accepted. To find the right resale can take 1 day or 1 month, it all depends on the specific details and your requirements. If it is a presale, within 15 days of selecting the right development, the purchase agreement is signed and the down payment is made. Post down payment, there can be additional payments during the construction phase, followed by the final payment at delivery. Most developments can take 1 year to 2.5 years to complete.
Good video, thank you. Which park did you sit down at that had the grass? And, do tell, what is your favorite ice cream shop? Do you only help people find homes to buy or do you also help with rentals?
Thank you for watching! The park spot you noticed is the Palacio Municipal park between Calle 8 and 10! During the holidays they decorate it so beautifully. They even put a skating rink this year! As for ice cream, it's called La Juanita on Calle 30th (between 25th and 30th Ave) - it's my favourite. While I specialize in connecting people with their dream homes for purchase, I'm always happy to point you towards rental resources! 💫
As a realtor in the Riviera Maya, I approve this message! Great video Monyka

Love your personality! Great information too.
I was thinking that many might be mentally ready to buy, but missing the rest.. 😅
