❤Good advice--go slow and reach your clearing goals in a more sustainable and healthy way. I wish more people advocated this approach, especially in understanding ithe energetic-emotional component which is at the heart of true clearing. Thank you.

This is so helpful. I feel better about my slow progress. You should have a million subscribers. I am making progress and have never considered if the things I'm keeping are in tune with the future that I want for myself. Thanks so much.

Keep going - it doesn’t get harder as you go along. Thank you. When I reach 1M I will remember that you said it first.

Definitely relate to the gentle part. I was decluttering too quickly and did get over dusted, setting off bad allergies, plus I overfilled the trash and recycling bins. I realized then that I had to move at a slower pace. Also, the mental adjustment that you mentioned... it took at least a week for my brain to relax from all the changes that took place.

Similar to what I found! It seems it takes 5 days to adapt to a simple change, but if you push to go faster and that creates resistance, it can take longer.

Amen on the decisions. Probably is the biggest reason for the clutter is: inability to make decisions.

Asking the universe in gentle prayer, learn to be gradual for all the common sense reasons discussed. The resistance experienced came from not knowing, forgive

the comment, about people having more clutter than useful possessions, whoooooo! Mind blown. I gotta think about that for a bit. My aim, which I have been getting to slowly, like you addressed in the video, is to only have things in my life that are useful & that I have good feelings about
