I own a Contest 38s. Before I bought her I was unfamiliar with the make. But once I stepped aboard the quality of the build was apparent. Now nearly 2 years later I am even more impressed with the quality of construction and the quality of the materials they used. This vessel is a bit bigger than mine and the extra space looks great. My boat came direct from Holland and I had to re-fit an American electrical system, which was neither easy or inexpensive to do. However, it appears from the video that this boat is already so wired. At 88k this is a steal. She will carry you far, fast and in safety. The age does not matter when the quality is there.
Available now in Southern California! www.liberationyachts.com
Very nice boat ,-)
I sailed around the world on one of these, actually the first one ever built.
Great boat for cruising literally anywhere.
Congratulations! It's a great 42ft cruising boat no doubt. Not many people get that experience !
I just transported one of these Contest up on Lake Champlain. They are very lovely boats!!

Wonderful boat, wonder it could be handled by a novice? Cost to move to the east coast?
She's a great boat but I would suggest getting some instruction before taking her out!
Where is the boat location !
Thank you She's in Southern California,!
Mizen aft of the rudder post.....Yawl?
It's forward of it so this is a ketch!
