Being Honest

For many years I have wanted to express myself further but for many years I have struggled to do this and one of my goals in 2023 is to be more vulnerable with my emotions as bottling them up does not help nor make me progress in my pursuit to less anxiety.
I also aim to challenge myself in more ways of feeling uncomfortable as being comfortable does not lead to growth.
