Thanks mate yeah my videos are usually a minimum of editing since I only take short cuts and I just put it all in order but the extra commentary is fun and yes it probably is a lot more watchable rather than just a reminder of memories for me

Epic journey! Excuse the naive questions - I've never done a vol biv. What's the etiquette when accepting lunches, beers or whatever from locals? Do you offer them money? If so, how much is reasonable? I'm sure they don't expect anything, but I'd feel bad not offering them something. If no-one's offering, do you ever ask if people have food for sale, if you're running short?
Sometimes I offer money when hitchhiking but not usually. In this situation I think that's not really what they're after, it was just a great social interaction

Once in Morocco I descended 1000m vertical to a village to buy bread, couldn't buy anywhere but anyway got fed
