Easter വിരുന്ന് || Easter Feast|| Easter Recipes

The union of Spring and Easter makes a unique vibe in every ones heart. Had fun time decorating yard with Easter eggs. Made a simple and easy feast too which saves a lot of time.
1. Appetizer- Egg Puffs with Ready made puffs pastry sheets.
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs- 5
Readymade puffs pastry sheets- 1 pack of 5
Onions-2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp each
Green chili-1
Curry leaves
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1
turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Egg wash or milk
2. Broccoli Macaroni Casserole
Broccoli florets-1 cup
Macaroni-1 cup
Cream cheese- 1/2 cup
Heavy cream-1/2 cup
Milk -1 cup
Garlic powder-1 tsp
Dijon mustard-1 tsp
Salt
Parmesan cheese & cheddar cheese for topping
3. Pepper Chicken
Chicken legs or any pieces- 2 lbs
Finely chopped ginger & garlic -1 tsp each
Finely chopped onion -1 cup
Yogurt or chopped tomatoes -1/2 cup
Crushed pepper-2 tbsp divided
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Curry leaves
4. Spinach Rice
Cooked Basmati Rice with salt - 2 cups
Butter -1 tbsp
Spinach/ palak - 1 cup
Chopped garlic-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
5. Sautéed Zucchini & baby carrots

Garlic powder -1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Salt
6. Milk Pudding
Milk- 6 cups
Milk powder-1/3 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Agar agar-1 tbsp
Water -1/4 cup
Cardamom powder-1 tsp
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Chopped pistachios
