*I am using topping cream where it won't melt too fast, you may use whipping cream to decorate your cupcakes
*我用的是植物奶油,较不易融化,下面有附上动物奶油的配方
Cake 蛋糕体
Egg 鸡蛋 : 2
Cake Flour 底筋面粉: 40g
Castor Sugar 砂糖: 30g
Corn Oil 玉米油: 25g
Yogurt 酸奶: 40g
Cream 奶油
Topping cream 植物奶油: 100g
or
Whipping cream 淡奶油 : 100g
Castor Sugar 砂糖: 10g
Baking Temperature 烘烤时长: 130°C - 20 -25 mins (For reference only)

每架烤箱温度都可能会不太一样,这个需要根据经验调整了~裂的原因有可能是面糊装太满,或是蛋白打太发哦~
