First match wrong cipher pop, i learned the hard way that merc's health meter must be filled entirely/half BEFORE u pop cipher. Otherwise his injury remains
Notice how merc pinged "focus on decoding!" when he was at half health ;; borrowed time would heal him 100% since the meter has already filled up

if its after half but not completely half then you pop the cipher it will go to half anyways. They were taking advantage of attack recovery

@@seokijn I'm sure it's sad for the players but it's still fair because they get more crossovers than us. So for us to have a singular crossover that they dont have is just the bare minimum. They have a 2 part crossover that we dont have so why shouldn't people feel it's unfair on the other servers. It should be more equal but it isnt so its reasonable not to feel sorrow for the china server who are obviously favoured.
